Pre-orders and Cancellations

A pre-order allows you to purchase a product before it becomes available for dispatch. Full payment is taken at checkout. The estimated dispatch date is shown on the product page.

Cancelling a pre-order

You may cancel your pre-order before dispatch for a full refund of the cancelled items. If you cancel your entire order, we will also refund any delivery charges paid.

To request cancellation, email contact@modlemode.com with your order number. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

After dispatch

If your order has already been dispatched, please follow our Returns & Refunds policy. Dispatch does not remove any statutory cancellation or return rights.

Changes to dispatch dates

If the estimated dispatch date changes, we will notify you and explain your options, including cancellation and a refund before dispatch.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
